In the challenging year of 2016, when the real estate market was grappling with uncertainty and negativity, a spark of inspiration ignited in our minds. We saw an opportunity where others saw obstacles and dared to venture into uncharted territory. This was the humble beginning of Classic Properties.
In the late months of 2016, when the winds of change were blowing through the real estate industry, we had a vision. It was time to take the leap. We believed that by approaching the market with innovation, dedication, and a strong sense of purpose, we could make a significant impact. Some skeptics questioned our decision, but we were visionaries who held firm to our belief.
In March 2017, Classic Properties officially launched. We started with a small but dedicated team, focused on changing the way people viewed real estate. Our goal as simple; offer honest and reliable service that puts clients first. We weren’t just selling properties but building relationships on the way.
Initially, the company started with just the founders, but as we continued to prove your commitment to excellence and our ability to deliver results, the team began to row. Five people became ten, then twenty.
Today, we are a team of 85 professionals, all committed to the same goal: delivering excellence. Over the years, we’ve achieved major milestones. One of the most memorable moments was the successful launch of our first international branch in Muscat, marking our entry into the global real estate arena.
This move showcased our ambition and determination to go beyond boundaries. In 2022, we hit another huge achievement—reaching half a billion in sales. It was roof that hard work, integrity, and a strong team can overcome any market challenge. But Classic Properties story doesn’t end here. We are constantly evolving, exploring new avenues within the real estate industry. In addition to brokerage and property management, we’ve ventured into the world of holiday homes under the brand ‘Classic BnB’. We also started offering project development consultancy, helping investors find land, connect with the right contractors, and navigate the entire development process. Today, Classic Properties is more than just a real estate company.
We are a trusted name in the industry, known for our commitment to quality and innovation. Our journey is far from over. We will keep growing, evolving, and setting new standards in real estate.
